Aiyarappar Temple is a historic Shiva shrine at Tiruvaiyaru in the Kaveri delta of Thanjavur district. The presiding deity is Shiva worshipped as Aiyarappar.

The temple belongs to the long-established Shaiva sacred landscape of the Kaveri region and preserves architectural and devotional traditions associated with successive periods of Tamil history.
ಮಹತ್ವ
Tiruvaiyaru is an important Shaiva pilgrimage centre. The temple is traditionally associated with the five rivers around Tiruvaiyaru and remains an active place of worship.
