ॐ त्र्यम्बकं यजामहे सुगन्धिं पुष्टिवर्धनम् । उर्वारुकमिव बन्धनान्मृत्योर्मुक्षीय मामृतात् ॥
Transliterationoṃ tryambakaṃ yajāmahe sugandhiṃ puṣṭivardhanam | urvārukam iva bandhanān mṛtyor mukṣīya mā'mṛtāt ||
MeaningWe worship the three-eyed one, fragrant and fostering nourishment. As a ripe fruit is released from its bond, may we be freed from death, not from immortality.
